Nancy and Dave were together for 12 years before they decided to get married! Their wedding was a long time coming and were so happy to get to be there with them to celebrate the beginning of the next chapter of their relationship.

We love their engagement session so much because it was so unique to them and reflected their personal story so perfectly! We started their engagement session at Alum Rock Park in San Jose, CA. Dave has a beautiful Harley Davidson that he loves and thought it would be fun to include the motorcyle in their engagement photos. It was! And the dense greenery of Alum Rock Park made the perfect backdrop for Nancy and Dave’s motorcyle engagement photos.

After we finished getting some amazing shots inside of Alum Rock Park, we took Nancy and Dave to this rustic little covered bridge that we found right outside of the park. We stopped for a few more shots in front of the bridge before heading to the next location.

After Dave got his motorcyle photos, the couple chan!ged outfits and we headed to Nancy’s locaton pick. The second part of this San Jose engagement session took place at a bar. But this wasn’t just any bar. It was the same bar where the couple met for the first time 12 years ago. How romantic and sentimental is that!!
